Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has undertaken an exercise for review and revision of the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015. This has been necessitated considering rapid transformation in technology, emerging market requirements, changing global scenario, and evolving skilling and entrepreneurship landscape.

A draft of the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2025 has been prepared that aims to provide a comprehensive framework for all skilling and entrepreneurship activities being carried out in the country, and to align them with the national priorities. The aspirations underlining the draft national policy are: scale, quality and inclusion. For realization of these aspirations, key principles, thrusts and enablers have also been indicated. The draft national policy also seeks to establish clarity, coherence and convergence for skill development and entrepreneurship promotion efforts across the country. It also seeks to link skill development and entrepreneurship promotion to the improved employability and productivity outcomes.

To ensure that the revised National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2025 is aligned with current and emerging requirements, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov invites inputs/suggestions from general public as well as researchers, startups, civil society, and domain experts.

Your suggestions on the draft policy will help in shaping and sharpening the policy prescriptions along with the key deliverables.

I had read about 'deschooling' in MEd. I feel nothing wrong in reconsidering it. Schools are just earning money from parents. If ultimately they are to be taught in private coaching why should it be compulsory to send them to school. School should be there only to conduct exams and for students' community/social work and games. This will solve unemployment and help poor parents.

आज-कल देश के युवा मे ट्रॅडिशनल चीजो का आकर्षण बहोत बढ रहा है तो हम नया मार्केट स्थापित कर सकते है मोती उद्योग हँडीक्राफ्ट और हॅण्डलूम जैसे चीजो के लिए एक डिजिटल मार्केट बनाया जाय जिसकी खरेदी और विक्री गव्हर्नमेंट की सहायता से ऑनलाईन माध्यम से हो साथ ही एक ऐसा प्लॅटफॉर्म बनाये जाये जिसने की हमारी पारंपारिक चीजे जिनका ऑनलाईन या डायरेक्ट सरलता से युवा को पारंपारिक कारागीर से प्रशिक्षित किया जाय इससे के देश के अंदर की जो हॅंडीक्राफ्ट चीजे हो व ग्लोबल होणे मे मदत हो जाएगी धन्यवाद

Dear honorable minister, A simple and sure way to develop skills is to consider "computer science" as a means of achieving excellence in core subjects. Every discipline of study today integrates computer science in some way or the other. Whether we study STEMM subjects, humanities, management, architecture or even arts there are programs/tools to help students apply the core subjects and electives through computer science. In the age of interdisciplinary, multi disciplinary and transdisciplinary research work computer science and its software programs for the field will help students integrate into work environments much faster. You may want to therefore introduce courses in specific tools that allows students to work on the core and electives using open source software so that they can solve problems, create models and even write algorithms for those subjects helping build capabilities and capacities across the country

I have been happy with huge development and progress overall since the last year all around. Thanks for making the elephant - Bharat STAND UP. But I am very disappointed by the meaningless delay in the legal procedure and consumer affairs and any matter with advocates and JUDICIARY. With so much devotion and respect we approach the judges and their support machinery. But hugely disappointed but the attitude of NO IMPROVEMENT. ONLY Dates no reason for anything that they do. Orders are not available on line. Even cause list is not available. The respect has turned in to fear or scare with nowhere to vent out the efforts by all that helplessly approach this system. Can we have a system without feedback and complaint management! Please ensure that this judicial system is made to deliver justice at least ORDER. The implementation of the order to obtain outcome is yet another area where I shudder to think. Where does one report and submit the evidence of system apathy. BLACKBOX

Some suggestion As Start-up is concerned, we can encourage people to bring areas where people are not doing or little tough jobs. For example, If we take stitching job, people are doing alterations in cities. Preciously it was there. Nowadays many stritchers avoiding alterations. Probably government can encourage this small alterations jobs along with stitching. So that the clothes longevity increases, avoid unwanted wastages,clothes reused.
