Vidhyanjali volunteers may be a good guide according to qualification for teacher also. Highly qualified persons may be in other profession but they can contribute to teaching.

1) Teachers should try to understand students' problem rather than believing that he/she is being mischievous.
2) Rather than providing bookish knowledge, students' should be provided an environment of experiencing.
3) Shy and introvert students always lag behind their counterparts, so they should be motivated to participate in various activities.
4) Teachers should share their personal experience as a story to make the topic more understandable.

Ik teacher ko kitabi gyan ke sath samjik gyan bhi students ko dena chahiye apne subject me chchi pakad hina chahiye unki jigyasa ko shant karna aana chahiye.Sath hi unki samasyao ko bhi hal nikalna aana chahiye . students ke anuroop hi shiksha padatti apnana chahiye.Unhe sikhne pr bal dena chahiye. bachche sikh or samjh ke paath ko samjhege to unko hmesha wo yaad rhega.
