Standards of the teachers from primary class to university should be redesigned. Minimum qualification should be PG. Right now the lower class teachers only getting higher secondary education. The existing teachers should be given time to get passed the PG. Moreover, all teachers should be statutorily obliged to be patriotist. In some states teachers are invading to educational institutions to spread their anti-national theory through the pupils. Pupils to be trained to be warriors of nation

Tech is changing rapidly & this can be utilized in education. The content to be taught is changing too, example, we were taught 9 planets exist. but then it is changed and the new gen is told Pluto is not a planet.same for Maths formulae and other fields. which means we need to equip teachers to de-learn and learn new things. Only then what is taught in class can be relevant when student comes in outside world.

Teachers should not harshly criticize students or their parents for someone being slow in study. Even school headmaster should stop threatening parents/students frequently for any reason like fees, slow progress in study etc.
