Disputes among the teachers should not be loud & visible to students in the school. It may create bad impact on the behavior of students.

Very good efforts by the Government to improve our education system.
*Qualifying tests for teachers will surely help to get good talents.
*Pay scale for teachers in remote areas should be increased & conveyance should be arranged so that good teachers will be ready to go to villages.

These are my suggestions:
1. conducting exams for teachers' selection and their result must contain eligibility in teaching a particular grade students.
2. each school should conduct regularly a feedback programme for teachers without bias.
