Teacher training should be the first goal of students who get good marks. Teachers' pay should be the same in public and private schools. Those who work equally should receive equal pay. Moreover teachers are equally respected. A public body is needed to determine the salaries of government and private teachers. Government and private school administrations are the only ones who pay the fees set by this public body.

Many of us have now been acquired by the techniques and methodology adopted by Google certified programs in the making of future educators to the next generation. Government can initiate a similar program that would bring the best of the teachers in elementary to secondary level with a transparent recruitment process.Today chalk and talk medium has been replaced by glass screen illustrative presentation and standard must be matched by the demand of the hour, not what is desired by the regulators

It is necessary the same standard teachers will be made available in Public School and Govt.School.It is seen the teachers, who are in public or private schools are more competent than teachers, who are in govt.school.The teachers, who are in govt school schools are got their appointment on high salary, but their contributions are not as much as the teachers in public and private school. There is a big gap in working culture between them. There should be same training programs for all teachers.

Professional Standard must be defined as "Zero error" in the context of Child overall development. Professional standard Should also consider to rate centers of education appropriately, Preference must be given to institutions where merit and cost pertaining to fees (Specifically) have an equilibrium, for example if a college in village is able to educate and employ 5 students out of 20 and if their fees is comparatively less than standards of IIM's IIT's, they must get A+ accreditation.
