National Standards for teacher should include parameters of Art of Teaching more than knowledge of teachers. As per our great ancient culture Teachers are not only information book but they are mentors.

Industrial experienced professionals after retirement shall become teachers for free service .
If a child wishes to do education in certain field that many seats should be available in country and not even a single child should be left out due to Limited seats and competitive entrances,
for ex 16 lakh students wishes to be doctors and take neat exam and only 1 lakh get opertunity, in time of education there should not have restriction, when they take job any how there will be.

Honorable PM Dearest Modi,
Allow any graduate and post graduate to take teaching profession as free service to Nation even after retirement age,
the knowledge of elderly scoolers can be good source of knowledge transfer,
upto 8th class graduates can teach, and upto graduation post graduates can teach,
make education system a non business entity in the nation and reachable and affordable to every section of society.

Honorable sir,
In my opinion, the main problem in the current education system is that there is no such platform available where students can identify their passion, test the knowledge of their passion and get more and more information about it and passion change into a successful Profession.
