The profession of teaching is a very noble job.
1. For the development of teachers professional skills training on various modules of teaching should be update.
2. Teachers should take individual responsibility for overall development of students as well as education sceneries.
3. A National Level recruitment agency should be set up for recruiting the teachers.
4. A minimum standards of professional skills of teaching should ne set up at national level.

There should be a Dress Code for the teachers. They should put on neat and tidy dresses so that students can copy them. Reading books and newspapers should be mandatory to the teachers. Teachers should have hobbies / extra canicular activities. Only such teacher can motivate students.

1. Let UPSC, not SSC or State PSC, to conduct the exam for selection of teachers. Keep the panel and supply to needy school from the panel
2. Include computer literacy, at least diploma, compulsory to all teachers as use of new tools and techniques are required for effective teaching
3. Teachers must clear mandatory test every year to continue their service. If they fail in it, they have to pass the exam of UPSC again
4. Must undergo compusary training in subject matter and skill of teaching

The standards clarify the professional characteristics that a teacher should be expected to maintain and
to build on at their current career stage. After the induction year, therefore, teachers would be expected to continue to meet the core standards and to broaden and deepen their professional attributes, knowledge, understanding and skills within that context. This principle applies at all subsequent career stages.
