Teaching is said to a profession conducted artistically....but nowadays it is going like routine life,.,., the way of teaching and the teaching strategies should be different for different subjects and different lessons.......more use of Audio visual aids can also be initiated which makes the learners to show more interested in learning...for example puppet shows are olden ways which the teachers used to expresses or narrate stories...why cant strategies like that be initiated..

Teaching means not completing the syllabus or conducting tests. First, we need to make the student understand, why that particular lesson or topic is required for him. How it is beneficial to him or where that is used. That will make students get interested in knowing the subject/things. So rest everything will fall in its place. Along with teaching, teach respecting the environment, elderly people, showing kindness, keeping surroundings clean, etc.,

Make voluntary teaching application for specific chapters. Make an online library of all these classes rate and grade them then reward them accordingly. Teaching is a passion bring flexibility . Remove bars of B.ed dled for higher educational qualification.
