I think that some of us go through health challenges and are forgetful but in trying times we go and make ourselves useful to the students in our schools. They love us and appreciate us for being with them. Even though we may be in bad moods. We try to teach yet we are the learners. We help out the best we know how yet we may not have the educational qualifications to be a professional teacher. May we yet be called teachers as we have contributed in a different capacity?

Respected sir,
Teacher is a person who carries the children with him / her unlike the lecturer who just keep going and it is for the students to catch him / her. Therefore teachers may have immense power to influence to mould a child.
Hence some sort of behavioural science should be a compulsory subject to get through the exams to go to next level. This may include to teach patriotism / Responsibilities towards society, religion, family / promote education, health and culture…

education in my point of view
r the way 2 educate yourself
2 express your human सोच
इसीलिए education system में
student क्या लिखता है what he expressed

Congratulations for NEP2020,
Main problem: ‘The Human Resources’ are not selected by their attitude andAptitude, so many teachers and educators and their officers are only for the money. So that we have great ideas, new policies but the implementors are passive. So such type of mindset that is very dangerous to overcome the current problems of this field. Only few people can run the system very well but officials don’t allow them. If I have given a chance, I have a detailed plan.
Thanks

Dear sir,
Govt should focus on pretty-primary's education as of now initiative taken by govt. As anganbari Kendra is apperisable but quality of teaching staff is not proper their should be some NTT certified / early childhood trained staff to nurture the kids so that the kids bass are good and the future get brighter. Their should be a online grievance taking system for private as well as govt. Schools for parents. Fees of private school are very high it need to be taken care.

if you wanna learn a concept it will be easy in your native language. doesn't need to learn the technical words in their native language but they should know the meaning of the context what they are learning. I don't understand how a backward or below poverty people understand the english language at the starting of 1st .. even they don't know what they are learning about. let them learn language for 5 years in higher standard like IELTS AND TOEFL later teach them in english...
