As per the recommendations made in NEP 2020, a set of standards has been developed to ensure that all students at all levels of school education are taught by passionate, motivated, highly qualified, professionally trained, and well-equipped teachers. National Professional Standard for Teachers(NPST) would help in determining the attributes of the teachers at different levels of career pathways. In addition to this, NPST focuses on preparations, practice and performance improvement of all teachers. The standards and related policies are in line with the fundamental principles given in the NEP 2020 to provide high quality education to all. NCTE was mandated by the Ministry to formulate a guiding document and platform for operationalizing NPST.

National Professional Standard for Teachers (NPST) will monitor the design of pre-service teacher education program. This could be then adopted by states and determine all aspects of teacher career management, including tenure, professional development efforts, salary increases, promotions, and other recognitions.

In this regard, a draft document on NPST has been developed by NCTE after incorporating ideas and suggestions received from experts of various domains. The draft document has been released on November 17, 2021 to invite the suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders.

नमस्कार श्री मान मैं आपसे ये चाहता हूं कि शिक्षक को शैक्षणिक कार्यो के इतर सभी कार्यों से मुक्त किया जाए यथा BLO कार्य जोकि वर्ष पर्यंत चलते रहते है जैसा कि आप कहते हैं कि हमारा देश चुनावों का देश है,MID DAY MEAL शिक्षकों की बहुत बड़ी परेशानी है शिक्षक को शिक्षा से ज्यादा इसकी चिंता होती है।इसको राशन की दुकान के माध्यम से भी दिया जा सकता है या सीधे बच्चों की उपस्थिति के आधार पर ₹के रूप में भी दिया जा सकता है।अभिभावकों को भी बच्चो को विद्यालय भेजना अनिवार्य किया जाये।शिक्षकोंकीकमीयथाशीघ्रपूरीहो

Teaching has become a highly commercial system in which both teachers and students are financially exploited.The government has to step in to upgrade the education system of government schools to curb the monopoly of private schools, number of Kendriya vidyalaya are too less , So the government should focus on this similar to its promotion on IITS, and Sainik schools

Appointment of teachers have to be from commitee comprising of scientist ,sociology expert ,human resource expert ,employment expert ,administrative expert ,similar to ias ,ips ,irs criterias and above that said subject expertise practical ,theoratical ,and research expertise and not of reservation .,political ,seniority ,influential ,etc criteria

विनम्र निवेदन है कि शिक्षकों को केवल और केवल शिक्षण कार्य में ही लगाया जाए किसी भी प्रकार की गैर शिक्षण कार्य नहीं करवाया जाए ताकि शिक्षक शिक्षा का बेहतरीन कार्य कर सकें।अन्य विभागों में किसी भी प्रकार के कार्य या पर्यवेक्षण नहीं करवाया जाए। गोसे शिक्षा की बेहतरी के लिए एक वार्षिक योजना तैयार की जाए उसी के अनुसार वर्ष पर्यंत अध्यापन कार्य करवाया जाए शैक्षणिक गतिविधियां करवाई जाए

श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार।मैं निम्न तथ्यों की और आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं 1.गैर शैक्षणिक कार्यो यथा BLO ,MID DAY MEAL ,अनावश्यक कार्यो से सख्ती से मुक्त करवाये।बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतू सहशैक्षिक गतिविधियों भी समय समय पर आयोजित की जाए।राज्यों में शिक्षकों के पद बच्चों के अनुपात में होने चाहिए।शिक्षकों के साथ अभिभावकों को भी बच्चोंको अनिवार्य रूप से पाबंद किया जाए।midday meal को राशनकार्ड के माध्यम से भी दिया जा सकता है जिससे विद्यालय में केवल शिक्षा ही दी जा सके ।धन्यवाद

Teachers can be appointed only those whose concepts of said subject they are teaching is clear and not theortical or only degrees or appointed thru influence or mugged up teaching ,they need to teach with eg ,practicals ,precedents ,comparisions ,research ,curiosity ,inventive ,thought provoking ,challenging the brains of students ,and isolating other issues of students issues

The Teachers have to be 'Nationalist' and who have pride in our Culture and history. YOU CANNOT HAVE Leftist Teachers. They are all good people but they their mind is very Anti-national and they justify it by their thought process. We need to take a few points from Japanese and German teaching values, thought process, ethics and a very large overall understanding of the National good. The current Generation Teachers should understand the importance of 'Living for students'.

There cannot be reservation in appointing teachers as that shall compromise on quality of teaching to entire future human resource of country and its development ,if at all due to political compulsion you need reservation in appointing such staff than same staff can teach the reservation students
