The National Professional Standards for Teachers are organised into four career stages and guide the preparation, support and development of teachers. The stages reflect the continuum of a teacher’s developing professional expertise from undergraduate preparation through to being an exemplary classroom practitioner and a leader in the profession.

Teacher standards also inform the development of professional learning goals, provide a framework by which teachers can judge the success of their learning and assist self-reflection and self-assessment.12 Teachers can use the Standards to recognize their current and developing capabilities, professional aspirations and achievements.

The National Professional Standards for Teachers are a public statement of what constitutes teacher quality. They define the work of teachers and make explicit the elements of high-quality, effective teaching in 21st century schools that will improve educational outcomes for students. The Standards do this by providing a framework which makes clear the knowledge, practice and professional engagement required across teachers’ careers

National profesional standard for teachers r to be scrutinized by students & their gaurdian assessment in govt schools and should be conducted in a confidential manner so that best teachers would be rewarded for promotions and other incentives. Education executives, inspectors, supervisors & other such bodies interference r to be minimised if possible a total "No" as they r mostly harrassing & putting teachers into dilemma, depression & mental pressure in teaching deliverance only coordinator...

National profesional standard for teachers ::1- Best among best students to be encouraged & engaged in teaching but sans egotists & elitists.2- Reservation for Obc, Sc& St must be fm best students among them otherwise done away with.3- except faculty concern in other posts reservation may be desirable.4- professional standards through bi-annual rigorous capsule courses. 4- Shield teachers fm supervisory cum executives harrassment. 5- zero tolerance towards character Intigrity, corruption & evil

यह बताइए कि आपका शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण विभाग है ट्रेनिंग इंस्टिट्यूट है डेवलपमेंट इंस्टीट्यूट है रिफॉर्मेशन ट्रेनिंग इंस्टिट्यूट थे सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट गवर्नमेंट के करो सा स्थान है एनजीओ है और ना ही धन है इंस्टीट्यूट है स्कूल है विद्यालय है जो सिस्टम को सुधारने का प्रयत्न प्रयास करते हैं तमाम मिल कर भी जो है समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर पा रहे हैं कठिनाई का निराकरण नहीं कर पा रहे हैं प्रदूषण समस्या है यातायात की समस्या है पोलूशन प्रॉब्लम है पापुलेशन जनसंख्या की समस्या है उसके अलावा जो गंदगी की समस्या है

अनेक राज्यों में अध्यात्म विभाग में अनेक राज्यों में सांस्कृतिक विभाग में अनेक राज्य में प्रशिक्षण प्रशिक्षण विभाग है उसके बावजूद भी शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता क्यों नहीं आ पा रही है इसके लिए इंप्रूवमेंट क्वालिटी इंप्रूवमेंट इस कला विकास कौशल विकास क्यों नहीं हो पा रहा व्यक्ति विकास क्यों नहीं हो पाया बजे क्या कारण मुझे कारणों का पता लगाने और निराकरण करें समस्या है तो समाधान क्यों नहीं हो रहा है कठिनाइयां तो निराकरण क्यों नहीं हो रहा है प्रॉब्लम है तो सलूशन क्यों नहीं मिल रहा है अपने अधिकारियो
