Teaching is the nobelest profession of all but unfortunately it is not regarded as a primary career option like that in other countries like Finland where teaching is considered highest of all profession. The Finland model of training teachers just like other professionals like doctors and engineers is highly recommendable, In india such eligibility test are highly required for improving the quality of teaching and giving respect to the oldest and noblest profession.

Teachers are the makers of Nation Building. They can change society with their teaching and character. Teachers helps students to identify their passion and potential but it is long process and time consuming task.
Suggestion on draft of National Professional Standard for Teachers (NPST).
1. Only 4 year integrated course implementation on National level for" Passion and Profession", should be same so that only interested person become a Teacher.
2. Uniformity of Syllabus and Teaching Practice

Student is the Teacher of future study & of Life; & Teacher is the Past of the Present Student.
Student + Teacher = Study.
Experience & Calendar Age, are the differences between them.
"Study" is the Minerva, common in their Minds.
Teacher brings out the Student's potential.
