नई शिक्षा नीति में खेल खेल में शिक्षा तभी सफल होंगी जब सरकारी स्कूल के सभी शिक्षक NCERT से जो कोर्स ट्रेनिंग दी गईं उन्हें शाला तक बच्चो तक लेकर जाय। सरकार को भी अच्छे शिक्षक को सर्टिफिकेट देना चाहिए उनका मनोबल बढ़ाना चाहिए।

Dear Modiji
Teachers should allow to teach those subject from which they are Graduate or Master. in most of the school Headmaster's are forcing to teach any subject irrespective of their interest. that's why Teachers are not able to give justice for teaching

TET निकालते ही मनरेगा 1.5 गुनी rate मे सरकारी स्कूल मे शिक्षक की नियुक्ति करदे #शराब ,तम्बाकू खाने वाले teacher को हटा दे कभी भी medical check करे!

Try to understand the feelings of Teachers. do survey of all Teachers about their feelings and understanding towards teaching Profession, what Teachers are expecting from government to improve their teaching skill, step to improve their health, regarding effect of their transfer, comments from peer Teachers, remarks from students and society. everything should be considered to improve capacity of Teachers towards their teaching.
