प्रणाम माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,
में एक स्टूडेंट हूँ और मुझे पता है कि एक शिक्षक को कितनी परेशानी जाती है एक विद्यार्थी को शिक्षित करने में और खासकर एक सरकारी स्कूल के शिक्षक को
में भी एक शिक्षक का बेटा हूँ तो मुझे पता है एक शिक्षक को कितनी मुश्किलो का सामना करना पड़ता है एक विद्यार्थी को पढ़ाने में।
परंतु मेरा सुझाव यह है कि एक सरकारी विद्यालय के शिक्षक को सरकार के निजी काम जैसे कि चुनाव डयूटी, मतगढ़ना आदि कार्यों में नहीं लगाना चाइए क्यों कि इस से शिक्षक के पढ़ाने की दिनचरिया बिगड़ जाती है।

First of all curriculum is static and is not changing with time. If we continue like this we will produce more of generalists whereas our nation requires specialists. Secondly the quality of teachers are pathetic despite a decent remuneration, it’s all because of deep rooted corruption. Centre and states have failed miserably in curbing corruption in all the sectors

Respected Modiji, Teachers are being secured economically but many olden cases of teachers, professors, are still pending from 20,30 years we want declaration of the same.
Teachers must be lifetime learner, multiple intellectual,panctual.
Students are imitators so teachers hcve to be ideal.
Broad minded,aware,alert, teachers are role model for children.
Teachers can be skillful,so students too.
Teachers are the soul of school can bring success.
So Govt. can start trainings,workshops, seminars.
