शिक्षकों की भर्ती उन्हीं के द्वारा की जानी चाहिए जो काम सिखाने की क्षमता रखते हों और बच्चों के माध्यम से एक बेहतर समाज बनाने की अच्छी मंशा रखते हों। बहुत सारे लोग सिर्फ वेतन और शौक और हैंडआउट्स के लिए शिक्षक बन जाते हैं। बीएड डीएड ईसीसीईडी मोंटेसरी सर्टिफिकेट के साथ भी काफी संख्या में अयोग्य हैं। वास्तव में प्रतिभाशाली को खारिज कर दिया जाता है
