Modiji, Indian Youths are India's future, but largely are Liquor& Narcotic Drug users that worsely affected the Youth in Family life. Youth turn family into tears round the clock. The officials to control narcotic drugs & alcohol are most corrupted officials.Government/private officials who are drug&alcohol addicted request to conduct blood urine & saliva dop test every monday for students before they enter school college & for all officials & workers before they enter any office & factory.

6. As per my experience a decade of work is good for stable and secured jobs. I mean if you work for 10 year in IT industry you can learn lot, you will understand things and you can see wealth also easily. So that patience, investment time, energy required. Failures can be part of success overall. So youngster should be motivated by seeing inspiring examples, samples etc.
7. Ther are two types we can see. Some people has 2 to 3 degrees , some has one degree and experiences in work. Both getting shined in different ways. Possible people can study higher studies, if not possible with 1 or 2 degrees people learn from works. This is the lesson I learnt in my career. But we are going to learn throughout the life one or the other ways. So always get self motivations.
8. Self motivation also key to success.
