Make a list of all the activities that you do in a day. Now go through the activities and write the alphabets P or G next to each where p stands for pleasure-seeking and g stands for goal-achieving. At the end of the day go through your list and check how much percentage time you have spent on pleasure seeking activities and how much percentage time you have spent on goal achieving activities. Average youth spends most of his waking hours on pleasure seeking activities, do I need to tell you what pleasure seeking activities are? well here they are - tv, movies, girl friends, outing, eating, facebook, whatsapp, gossip, you get the idea…. So my suggestion to you is spend more than 60% of your waking hours on goal achieving activities.

When I was a school going kid I remember my mother, she was no less than a hitler, she would yell at me, beat me with a bat, lock me in the bathroom and I too would say I am leaving home, I will never come back, then go to my friend’s place, play there the whole day and come back in the evening forgetting all what I had said in the morning. Today, the young are very different, you don’t know what can upset them. A mother scolds her daughter about something and the next thing you know is the daughter has committed suicide. The teachers in school shatter your confidence by comparing you with others. Everything starts with thinking, how you think is how you feel and how you feel is how you act. Thousands of thoughts pass through our heads whole day long some positive and some negative which create certain emotions in us. Recognise your negative thoughts and emotions are just like disturbances on a tv screen due to bad weather, there is no sense in analyzing these disturbances on a tv scre

Sir,
1. Focus on value-based education to make our youth's future ready. This can be done by introducing Life skills from the Primary section. . Basic self-defense, First-aid and the importance of health, Make them do their own wtork, Gardening, Basic financial knowledge, Decision making, and time management are a few of them
2. No caste-based reservation in education and healthcare. Maybe we can have a reservation basis financial status. We should bridge the difference between Govt and private schools
3. we can have freelance youth teams to make people aware of the environment, sustainable living, and health awareness. This is help increase youths involvement in the growth of nation and channelizing their energy

The aim of sustainable development is to be achieved along with youth employment and so here are some suggestions:-
1. Some environmental volunteers should be chosen who will fulfill the task to aware people regarding environmental concerns and conservation methods.
2. Some public volunteers should be appointed to examine the conditions of the village panchayats, Government school and hospitals and look into the possible changes.
3. Agriculture of India went through many ups and downs in the passing years and so some specialised agriculturalists should be appointed to look into the necessities of the farmers and their area or fields.
4. Industrial sector needs some reforms for its development moreover representatives of Indian culture and language should also be encouraged for unity and overall development. This will also reduce over crowding on one field.

Sir, why did I bring up Agnipath case to NYP as we all know that time has come for all able bodied youngman to serve for nation first then doing other things like price William & Harry of England unless Dynastic politics would lead india forever. Sometimes i equate this Dynastic with indian brown skin officers elite egotism supremacy without any logic & rationality. Nyp should include Agniveer for all like English consteblery service for all citizens of England &. later fm constable to become officer but any life beginning superior apex exam of ips & ias who once selected thinks his superiority & blessing for lifelong to death bed & sometimes after that also. This is needing first radical changes then that poorly defined highly conceptual Agnipath one. Permanent Commission & Short service commission r both going on but here only through Agniveer means Poors r at the mercy of lords&barons which making our favourite Rasagolla to goolugolla as Agnipath is a best dishes to be catered 1st.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Of India.
My Humble Thoughts With You.
1). NANO PLASMIDS: Covid Cells invade Host Cells. COVID SPIKES CONTAINS MAGNETIC PARTICLES NANO PLASMIDS MUST WITH NANO ROBOTS WITH VACUOLE FUSION CELL DIVISION PLASMIDS thus introduce specialized functions to host cells which provide versatility and adaptability for growth and survival. Plasmids which confer antibiotic resistance (R plasmids) have been extensively characterized because of their medical importance.
