Methane Refiller Device:Today ovens generate@250deg celcius temp.Using those ovens CO2 can be converted to Methane and Water where methane can be purchased by nearby petrol pumps from each individuals, compressed and refilled back as CNG.Advantage is users can reduce cost involved in refilling CNG by selling some of it and country can save on imports indirectly like using and reusing CO2 in atmosphere. Also we can conserve rapid rise in temp due to increased CO2 levels.

There should be DEDICATED BICYCLE WAY and proper pavement like other developed countries. This would definitely encourage us to use bicycle since there is a dedicated bicycle way we can reach nearby destination very quickly then traveling in fueled vehicles because of heavy traffic Jam and congestion. So please implement dedicated bicycle track like developed countries to motivate us to use it.

make a point based system.persons not using vehicle once a day will be given a point. at the end of year when the points be calculated he will be given a rebate in tax for it..in order to calculate the days gps systems shall be involved.each vehicle having a chip when remained at a single place for 24 or more hour shall be counted as one day and in this way in digitalized manner point shall be given, this will not only promote people for not using pvt vehicle but also make ther prop safe

Make red green signal timer to show publicly as attached in picture so that public able to know how much time remaining to wait in the signal so that they can turn off the vehicle engine in all the signal to save tons of fuel in India daily. Make this idea mandatory for all signals in India. because most of the people waste the fuel while waiting in signal. #PCRA, # MPNG, # MyGov

Public transport should be encouraged to use by more people. Make public transport services like Bus,Suburban train, metro very very cheap so that public can use these services than preferring private transport Because public transport should not be beneficial or profit based since it has responsibility to reduce traffic congestion which result in to save fuel for most people also reduced carbon emission

1)Government to motivate people to use car pooling service(self with near houses or Ola,Uber)
2)Make public transport services like Bus,Suburban train, metro very very cheap so that public can use these services than preferring private transport
3)Subsidy for Electric vehicle
Consider this 3 ideas #PCRA,#MPNG,#MyGov hope this definitely help public to use public transport than private transport which result in low fuel consumption, reduced carbon emission, reduced traffic congestion in roads
