Let's make women independent and not dependent on men. Why do we feel women is weak always. Because of this thinking they are always seeking support of men .. also alout laws and judicial system making women dependant on male in terms of money even after she is well educated and earning... Why...is she not capable..if not the....let's go back to education and some basic culture knowledge ..not free money as alimony to be given to women's

1) Current DV act violates Article 14 of constitution , & treats men & women unequal. Only women have been allowed to file complaint, whereas men are also subjected to violence. So men should also be allowed to file complaint against women.
2) Interim Maintenance should not be awarded unless DV is proven.
3) Case should be disposed within six months from filing the case in any case. If it prolongs beyond that maintenance to wife should be given from judge's salary.

To eliminate voilace against women we need to make the well educated and well cultured as most of the women have forgotten the Indian culture and we are attracted towards western. Also while making any laws please think about its miss use as most of the rape cases and domestic laws are miss used and false cases are put up on men's family there also we have women's ...we are trying to save one women and making unsafe for other womens. Let's move towards true gender equality.Let' make both strong

Unfortunately Judiciary and police is over burdened with false dowry and false domestic violence cases by women. This is causing delay in justice to those women who really need it. First make false 498a and DV a punishable offence to clear crowd of such malicious women so that it becomes easier for govt and judiciary to focus on women who really need justice.

DV Act 2005 is most misused law in India. It is filed for extortion and for harassing man and his family. Moreover, there is also 498a which is known as most misused law in the whole world, and is tarnishing the image of India regularly. Despite all this law misuse which has resulted in over 10 lakh men committing suicides in past 15 years, Indian government still cries about violence on women. Also, now women are regularly beating men on streets, and still no one cares.
