आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, चरणस्पर्श, मैं सिर्फ इतना चाहता हूं कि फिट रहने के लिए स्कूलों में पहली कक्षा से हीं योग सीखना चाहिए। मगर यह सिर्फ योजनओं में न होकर पूर्ण रूप से लागू होना चाहिए। हम स्वस्थ तो भारत देश स्वस्थ। जय हिंद।

I share with an example. In my college we have self defence camp every year held for 2 months for 90 min in which we do exercise, learn techniques and discuss abt our diet plan, meal and get advice from our master how to improve our performance, what diet we have to follow etc. so in this way like we should organize these camp which spread awareness about how to be fit for each age group and at each level like in village, town, district. from this they will learn some other activities also.

Sir, I think fit India is first step to become ' atam nirbhar bharat '. We should be physically and mentally fit to solve problems . We should encourage the people to do exercise daily and make himself fit indian.

All of us motivating our country towards fit india movement but the persons providing services are not certified that's why it's going in wrong direction and only a few results are coming. So I request our PM to dictate our nation to choose right and Certified trainer only.

सर हमे एक निश्चित समय तक योग या फिर कोई भी कसरत करनी चाहिए। इससे हम शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ रह सकते हैं

Yoga and meditation should be made a part of the curriculum in all schools so that our bright young minds can become both physically and mentally fit. Martial arts can also be included. This will make our country a land of peaceful and happy and law abiding citizens. An ideal Ram Rajya.

We need to go everyday gym only for 1 or 1.30hr for exercise and do yoga if u don't have time for gym so wake up early and running for 30 min everyday and eat healthy food . Healthy food is best for healthy and fit body .and wake early is also good for ur body and also positive think, u feel fresh . Jai hind jai bharat🚩🚩🇮🇳🇮🇳
