everyone, to be healthy and fit, it is always what food they eat matters. For me it is always, 80% food and 20% exercise. Nd for being mentally fit there is a need don't be affected by others who demotivates u nd says to u that u can't do that otherwise think how u can give ur best in ur field nd time answers them perfectly nd u have to focus or ur work daily for being free do mediation nd fr being fit do exercises for a short while at least nd u feel better

We should encourage everyone to exercise & make Games period a compulsory period in schools & colleges also we should introduce subjects like nutrition & Meditation in our curriculum.At the same time we should provide general population with information about healthy & Balanced diet, Exercise & Mental Fitness,through various means such as radio, News channels ,Tv shows & Newspapers. We encourage sports & use this movement & the current environment in our country to bring in a fitness revolution

It's our responsibility and duty also to fit ourselves ... We can fit ourself through Yoga activities ,Healthy food ,games and lots of activities we can do for our fitness and daily healthy routine . If we will fit we can easily battle with covid 19 and all diseases around us .. So plss engage yourself in YoGA , Healthy food and games activities Thank you ..

DEAR SIR, All the best to fit India movement.in my opinion fit India goals achieved through from family.every parents have great roles in this programme. children's will make the great role in this movement.every parents should know about their children.there positive and negatives.identify best of them and support it.in view point of fit india,we are in pandemic situation.parents should encourage children's by telling our great history and our great leaders how they came to success.all wishes.

Stop the Fake Corona virus news in india as you also know it is PLANdemic not realdemic.Stop following most courrpt WHO ,bill gates on the Fake Virus matter.Encourage Ayurved naturopathy and listen to the our own country doctors instead of following guidelines of NON doctors like Bill gate or WHO tedrose.

For everyone, to be healthy and fit, it is always what food they eat matters. For me it is always, 80% food and 20% exercise. The diet which i follow is 100% Vegan diet and no animal products consumed, for 2 years now. Sure, Virat Kohli also will take up this topic in his discussion, as he himself has turned vegan and he has a tremendous amount of changes in his fitness, what we all have witnessed as well.

माननीय श्री , फिट इंडिया के लिए हमारे लोगों की जो बिज़ी जिंदगी हैं उनके साथ हमारे पुराने आयुर्वेदिक और कुछ लोकल फूड जैसे की नागली और कई अन्य काले चावल जैसे मूल निवासियों के आहार को हमारे खाने में जगह देना ! शायद हमारे भारत वर्ष की नई धारणा आत्मनिर्भर भारत के लिए भी काफी आकर्षित हो सकती हैं ! साथ में योगा , प्रकृति से जुड़ी हुई रित , पर्यटन स्थल में हो रहे प्रदूषण को कोई स्पर्धा " fit tourism " , " run to tourism " जैसे कार्यक्रम से प्रोत्साहित करना ! साथ में मानसिक तनाव को दूर करने के लिए सोचन

Dear PM Modi . I Dr.Himani Panchal. My point of view for fit India . Awareness center are open in ever schools . In Awareness center providing the students basics knowledge of fitness. One lecture are start for Awareness eg. For girls : Period basics knowledge are provid ever girl share point of view at home general knowledge hygiene and mother also knows for that reason decreases in ratio of cancer of vaginal .AIDS knowledge given and Nutrition food's knowledge give students .
