everyone, to be healthy and fit, it is always what food they eat matters. For me it is always, 80% food and 20% exercise. Nd for being mentally fit there is a need don't be affected by others who demotivates u nd says to u that u can't do that otherwise think how u can give ur best in ur field nd time answers them perfectly nd u have to focus or ur work daily for being free do mediation nd fr being fit do exercises for a short while at least nd u feel better
