aaj ke samay me jeevan jine ki kala sahi ho tabhi amjan swaths nirog aur tanaw mukt rah sakta hai iske liye har vyakti ko jagrit karna panchayat level se district level tak Jan Jagran abhiyan chalaya jaye jisme sangeet . sabha . Jan sampark. mahila morcha dwara gramin mahilaon ko jagrit karna bachho ko vidyalaya ke level per jagrit karne se sampurn samaj ki saririk aur mansik vikas sambhav hoga amjan nirog rahenge thanks

For any age group, yogabhyas & Pranayams are ideal ways to maintain physical/mental health. Do not need any outside help after properly learning it. Can be done any suitable place with enough ventilation.

As productivity of a person depends largely on his/her physical and mental Health,so to achieve the set goals of our country ,we need to bring in some initiatives like 1) educating and raising awareness about the importance of Physical and mental health mostly among middle class and lower middle class people. 2)making Yoga and PT classes mandatory in schools 3)establishment of parks ,yoga centres , meditation centres and public gyms run by government for every 3km. 4)ads for healthy foods

Sir we can be physically fit only when we are meantally fit and due to this tension of online classes we students are unable to concentrate on studies. Sir there is a class of 5-6hrs for students and they use it for other purposes also. In this corona time all students are addicted to Mobile. Using so much mobile has been affecting us, so you should give a solution to this problem. Jai Hind Jai Bharat Mate

Respected sir Please do something for cleaniness in village.Some programmas should be launched in village to make people aware of cleaniness and health hazadrs that can take place due to dirty surroundings.And there are no parks or playgrounds in my village Kirmach Kurukshetra where people can do yoga or exercise or children can play. please do something for making clean surroundings and parks and grounds in our villagean many othervillagesofharyana

# Fit rahega india ,tabhi to aage badega india. We all indian need to take our health seriously ,we must participate in yoga or exercise in daily life routine, because it keeps us young and healthy .Now a day's in india the patient of Blood pressure, Heart Problem & diabetes are common these all type of problem is caused by lack of physical activity, tension and unhealthy lifestyle & junk food. Indian government must take it serious.

धन से दवाइयाँ तो खरीदी जा सकती हैं लेकिन उसी धन से स्वास्थ्य नहीं ख़रीदा जा सकता
