Amendments in the Registration of Births and Deaths [RBD] Act are helpful in knowing the exact statistics of our population. It will also help in educating the poor and rural people to know its benefits. Block chain Technology should be implemented and also inter departmental jurisdiction will strengthen.

Hon PM of India,
100% registration of Birth / Death not achieved even then the registration is mandatory. To achieve 100%, the GoI suitably amend to adopt Blockchain Technology for registration of Birth and Death as the said technology is reportedly fulproof on each and every entry made from any node.Any citizen havinv with Aadhar can give the information of Birth/Death even it happens at home/asylum. make it illegal that "not reporting of death is illegal" and when ever a family member applied for death certificate without intimation of death then it should attract penalty.

Allow a simple sms based pre-delivery registration via phone and applicant should proved phone number of Mukhiya, Pradhan, Doctor so that they can verify and approve the registration.
Post delivery, update the same form with parents aadhar, child's 2 pics (to be taken from mobile) and their big toes can be scanned.
post verification automated Birth certificate with auto generated Aadhar number can be emailed/ downloadable etc.let's make mandatory to Bring the child once 5 yrs for rescanning.
