Hon PM of India, 100% registration of Birth / Death not achieved even then the registration is mandatory. To achieve 100%, the GoI suitably amend to adopt Blockchain Technology for registration of Birth and Death as the said technology is reportedly fulproof on each and every entry made from any node.Any citizen havinv with Aadhar can give the information of Birth/Death even it happens at home/asylum. The designated authority may give a supervisory node to confirm originated information

Allow a simple sms based pre-delivery registration via phone and applicant should proved phone number of Mukhiya, Pradhan, Doctor so that they can verify and approve the registration. Post delivery, update the same form with parents aadhar, child's 2 pics (to be taken from mobile) and their big toes can be scanned. post verification automated Birth certificate with auto generated Aadhar number can be emailed/ downloadable etc.let's make mandatory to Bring the child once 5 yrs for rescanning.
