Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

The certificate regarding to birth and death, that should be delivered on time with all corrections at the user home.

(ARMY) विधवा (माँ) पेंशन शुरू नहीं हुई 7 महीने से जिसकी उम्र है ६५ कारण है कुछ ऐसे कानून और नियम जैसे १) आपके पास आपका जन्म का सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए भले ही आपकी नोंद उस रेजिस्टर में न हो , मेरी माँ का जन्म १९५५-५६ के बिच का है और मेरे नानाजी ने उनकी नोंद नहीं की थी। कहा से लाये जन्म सर्टिफिकेट २) आपका स्कूल लीविंग सर्टिफिकेट जरूरी है भले ही आप स्कूल नहीं गए हो जो सैनिक अपनी जान की बाज़ी देश के लिए लगाता हो उस परिवार को "ये" इज़्ज़त दी जाती है फिर एक सामान्य पूर्व सैनिक और उसका परिवार क्य

There are large number of persons don't have birth certificate presently or their birth records are not available with the concerned revenue departments. In such cases there should be a criteria for registering birth such as date in the school certificate etc.

Jee Namaste! 1.Give liberal opportunity for restering delay of Birth and Death within week days through on-line, who had not registered in time . 2. Death Certificate only will be issued after getting document of surrender of Ration Card/ Voter Card/ Aadhar Card etc. in case not possible to get documents of surrender one has to submit undertaking on stamp paper to the authority who release death certificate. To release certificate there should be time frame and by that time if not issued the person in change will be accountable for harassment to the family member. Illegal Bangladeshies to be taken care of while issuing birth certificate.

Dear Modiji, Birth and Death of Each Person born in India must be registered properly and immediately and this system must be made more simple even an illiterate must access and use it. Every one should understand why they have to do this Make sure that nobody in India have 2 Nationalities at a time which creates so many problems
