my gov app पर discuss मे comments किसी use के लिए लिखवाए जाते है या यूं ही time pass चल रहा है। अगर वास्तव मे एक भारत बनाने का कार्य चल रहा है तो भारत के नागरिकों के birth और death certificate मे place को mention करने की जरूरत है। केवल date काफी है।

Present system to record and maintain Birth/Death Register is in Local authorities Municipal /Corp/Grama Panchayaths at village level as "Registrar of Births&Deaths" in their Jurisdiction and issuing certificate(s) for the same, after receiving information from concerned Hospitals. It may cause delay in filing of Birth/Death information. In My Opinion this powers may be given to local Hospital authorities to record of Birth/Death in Digitally by taking necessary ID proofs of concerned parties
