Birth and Death are most inevitable situations of humans with all near and dear people. So the process should be simple and clear. Village secretary, Pachayath to corporation must collaborate with health department and ensure every Birth and Death .
It can be online or offline.
Anyone can easily access this.
But department should report the details online. Online entry should be responsibility of department .

Please make it mandatory for the entity where birth or death occurs to log in to a Govt web site designed to register these with details needed, authenticated by a medical doctor. This site could be linked to various departments of the State and Central Governments to update their records. The birth certificate can be sent to the parents electronically and the death certificate to the Next of Kin electronically. This will save of lot of fuel being burnt and productive time of the individuals.

At the time of Death Ask Authority to enter Date, Time, Place of a Person and Virtual ID/Aadhaar Number of one relative (preference blood relation) get their Video, Photo and Biometric/IRIS. Once It is matched then update Govt Records related to Pension,DBT etc. Now 1.Digital Death Certificate issues as and when request is made 2.Issue Death Certificate who all are Family members of the Person expired. ..2
