Most of the Laws made Earlier have Loopholes, which are the Main root cause of Corruption. As such weaker section gets affected. Present Indian Government is Performing well. Trying honestly to reduce corruption in spite of so many Pros and Cons . Likewise amendment in RBD act 1969 should be made in order to make it easily accessible for ALL, Honestly & Efficiently. All Indian National must Co-operate in order to make Bharat Efficient.

A central database should be created as mentioned in the amendment. This database should be used to identify scheme beneficiaries like widows and orphans. Direct contact should be made to such citizens so as to avail the befits of the scheme. In today's time most people don't know about what they are entitled to get from the government until they hear some hearsay. This database can also be used to release insurance money from LIC on immediate basis after the conformation from the family side.
