R/Sir,
1) A provision should be made in the data base to send a reminder to death informant to surrender PAN/Adhaar card to respective authorities of deceased, after 4 years so that corrective action can be taken in the matter.
2) Similarly, when death certificate is issued, a gentle reminder should be given to the informant, to surrender Driving license, & delete name of deceased from Ration card if applicable. Alternately, such info may be passed on to concerned dept for action.

Further to my earlier comments
People have to consult local authorities. In AP villege secreteriet can be consulted, villege revenue officer will be responsible for this. He inturn will consult mandal or district office. Like wise where ever people goes ( particularly migrating workers) across India they can avail tu he services. Bar code registration will help in tracing the details where ever a person lives or migrating

Usually cremation happens on next day of death but Nagar Nigam mentioned date of death same as cremation date and not actual death date. Can we please look into this?

Request to please allow blood relatives to download death certificates from Nagar Nigam as currently it is blocked to use only by a person who first registered and took original. However this can be needed by a blood relation like brother for her sister or vice versa and so on. Please give this option where one can download duplicate certificate in such circumstances
