the registration of birth and death should be mandatory and be linked with all schemes and provisions and benefits. the names of mothers should be mandatorily part of these registrations (both birth and death). no short names should be allowed.

A GOOD RECORD SHOULD BE MAINTAINED OF POlITICAL PARTIES AND SHOULD HAVE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS WHICH CAN BE SHARED TO PUBLIC .
GOOD SILENT KILLERS SHOULD BE MADE TO AVOID THE MISCHIEVIOUS THINGS HAPPENING IN THE GOVERNMENT SECTORS .
MOST IMPORTANT SHOULD INSTALL THE CCTV AND SHOULD BE THAT CCTV CAMERAS IN CONTROL OF BEST GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY SO THAT MAINLY SOME SHOP LIKE RATION SHOP IN WHICH THOSE HAVE POWER ARE NOT GIVING THE RATION TO POOR PERSONS .

Birth certificate should be issued post certificate from Sarpanch/Midwife/Hospital with mention of parents names, date, time, place, religion and last known permanent address, preferably aadhar number of one of the parents, facilitating automatic inclusion of new born in aadhar records.

Registration of death and birth of all citizens should be made compulsory and the responsibility be assigned to the concerned Members of Panchayati Raj institutions as well as the Concerned Police Station/Concerned Chowkidars so as to maintain proper records. In JK responsibility was earlier assigned to the Chowkidar, who is being paid Honorarium by the State Govt.
