Remove reservation system on jobs and seats , only give reservation to poor people and dependents . Education can be free for reserved caste category , but not jobs . Deserving candidates are honest and now a days working for private global opportunities. "Aarakshan Aamdani Kam के liye , whether SC St, obc ,General" agar आज nahi toh kabhi nahi.. हो payega . I guarantee within 5 years economy boost and index will improve in all sectors . It depends on entire program at state wise..etc
