Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

जन्म प्रमाण पत्र में यदि संभव हो सके तो उसमें जन्मे शिशु को केंद्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली सुविधाओं व योजनाओ का संक्षिप्त विवरण भी देना चाहिए , ताकि माता पिता उन सभी का लाभ अपने शिशु को दिलवा सके ।

India should have kept our fiscal year in line with the Hindu calendar. That we can survive our culture and the next generation can learn the importance of Deepawali. Now there's nothing more to celebrate. In previous years we used to do (Chopda Poojan)Pooja's of account books and there was an atmosphere of Deepawali.

मुगल आए चले गए अंग्रेज आए चले गए पर साथ में छोड़ गए उनकी उर्दू और अंग्रेजी। फैजाबाद स्टेशन का नाम अयोध्या कैंट जरूर हो गया पर आज भी अंग्रेजी व उर्दू में लिखना हम नही भूले। हालांकि अयोध्या भगवान राम जी की नगरी है और मानने वाले सिर्फ हिंदू ही यहां यात्रा करते है जो देवनागरी लिपि ही बहुत ही अच्छे से समझते है फिर क्या उर्दू जानने वाले क्या राम जी के दर्शन को अयोध्या कभी आयेंगे। शायद कभी नही। हां कुछ खतरनाक लोगो के लिए। फिर यह ढकोसला क्यों। क्या मक्का में भी देवनागरी की उम्मीद की जाए। जरूर सोचिए।

National anthem of India sung before the cricket matches should be a chorus of male and female like other anthems. It should have a heavy bass, we have such a beautiful national anthem but the voice and the way it's played before the game doesn't do justice with this great anthem it's so insipid and the voice lacks any emotion and inspiration.. It should definitely be changed and the same old style and chorus with heavy bass should be adapted which used to cause goosebumps🇮🇳

મોદીજી અપને દેશ મે ગલત કામ કરને વાલે કો એવોર્ડ મિલતા હૈ ઔર સચ કામ કરને વાલે કો પનીશમેંત મિલતા હૈ ઔર જો દારૂ બંધી મે દારૂ બેચતે હૈં હપ્તા લેકર ઉસસે સિક્યોરિટી દેના ઔર પીને વાલે કો પકડ કે તોડબજી કરના યે હિ કામ હૈ આપણી પોલીસ કા.

it is India and bharath varsh. we hindus r majority. we should restrict birth rate for other religious people by 2 plus 1 i.e. parents plus one child policy. For hindus it should b unlimited, this way India can remain hindu country else in future terrorism on hindus wil go rampant, it is evident from instances at Bangladesh and Pak. Try to implement my views.
