After sudden death of any indian ,then government should hold responsibility of that family. If government support for some time ,then they will be able to settle all right.Think it seriously . Death certificate should be given to family members directly.

Respected PM Ji, To increase credible Income to Government Realestate sector must get good guidelines 1) Property Rates must be updated by Daily wise (Ex:Gold/Foreign exchange etc.,) 2)The bank should open a property seller(owner/Builders & buyer accounts separately it should not mingle with General savings/current account) You may name it as Indian property account by this account link to only all selling & buying should be happen if any excess money 💰 holdings by seller can be identified.

The highest black money is rotating in the hands of Realtors. Govt. registration value is very low and the remaining payment is being done at the time of property purchase is maximum black. Its a heavy loss to the nation and purchasres and total profit to realtors. This is the utmost black market field. we must correct it. otherwise inly realtors will be benifited, The nation and purchasers will get heavy loss. After demonitizatiin govt should take up this issue immediatly.
