Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

DESIGN a LOGO with a TAGLINE for MISSION POSHAN 2.0 It seems total "ONE WAY COMMUNICATION" on MyGov Platform because the TELEPHONE NUMBER of MyGov is ALWAYS UNMANNED and NOBODY PICKS UP (Dialed 1000 times). What is this?

Sir Birth/death records agar panchayat star par kar diya jaaye ya ise (birth/ddeath) ki process ek saptah ke ander kar diya jaaye to achaa hai. Abhi filhal jo process hai us se 21 se 30 din lagate jo ki Bahut jyada hai.

there is no doubt about the importance of it because it says or tells about old father's details to next generation some times it's important is more than we thanks by many ways so I request to Central Government to make it simplest with the help of states and also joined it with many dipartment s like police and hospital because it can make simplest many times to search missing persons and also make a department for it who continue to daily check like mid day meal online check thanks 😊 thanks
