Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

RBD Act is a very good act অলস beneficial. Due to this the government can get the birth and death of people. Due to this there is ease of editing electoral roll or voters' list. Also there is an ease for banks to manage accounts of person. My suggestion is that government can make the EPIC(Electoral Photo Identity Card) of a child when he/she is born in advance. This would be great.

माननीय श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी प्रधानमंत्री जी मेरा विचार है कि जन्म मृत्यु पंजीकरण गांव की आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं से जारी कराया जाये क्योंकि इनको गांव की पल पल की खबर रहती है हर तरह की जानकारी रखती है

मेरा विचार है जन्म मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रेशन गांव की आंगनवाड़ी द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि इन कार्यकर्ताओं को पल पल की खबर रहती है

आदरणीय महोदय। भारत में जन्म एवं मृत्यु का रजिस्ट्रेशन अवश्य होना चाहिए लेकिन इसके लिए ईजी प्रोसेस होना चाहिए। साथ ही अगर जिनकी केवल एक सिंगल पुत्री है। वे और जनसंख्या नहीं बढ़ाते हैं। तो उन्हें पुरस्कृत करना चाहिए।

PM said that every company will provide to their employees gross salary 50% basic salary but every company not fulfill the commitment , every employee has suffered lots of problems

A certificate in the form prescribed by GOI should be issued by the hospital on their letterhead where the birthing process takes place alongwith the photo of the parents & the child which will be self attested by the parents alongwith the parents' Aadhaar Card copy. This certificate should be provided to the UIDAI compulsorily within a month of date of birth for issuing the Aadhaar card of the child. Aadhaar card should be made mandatory for all births in the country.

Mother is the First Caretaker & Guru of a Child. When a Child is born , a woman gets a new role of a Mother. Mother can endorse a self attested Photo of her ,child & Father together at the Birthplace & Submit it online or a designated nearest Govt Offices . They get an unique number for the same. The Parents every year till the child becomes 5 years must submit joint photograph self attested till the Child gets its ADHAAR card regn. Similarly , for death of an indl , attestation of death.
