Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

I think please strictly order toall revenue officials do their duties, that the village a counts to not in stations they have not at all knowledge who are dies in their jurisdictions, they are all only in taluk head quarters ease order who are not entered deaths of their jurisdictions they Re punish

आदरणीय महोदय प्रत्येक वर्ष दीपावली पर गांवों और कस्बों में देखने में आता है कि कुछ युवा व बच्चे लोहे के पाइप से एक बड़ा धमाका बनाते है जिसमें गंधक व पोटाश डालकर लोहे की छड़ से उसमें तेज प्रहार करने पर बहुत अधिक आवृत्ति का धमाका होता है जो सैकड़ो छोटे पटाकों के जितना प्रदूषण फैलाता है ।बच्चों के लिए धमाका बनाना कम खर्चे का सौदा है ।यह अधिकतम प्रदूषण फैलाता है अत: अतिशीघ्र ऐसी गतिविधियों पर रोकथाम के सख्त आदेश दिये जाये जिससे दीवाली तक जागरुकता आये और बड़ा नुकसान होने से बचाया जा सके ....!!🙏🙏
