Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

this birth and death registration should be extended for few other living beings also - COWS, Buffalo, camesl, GOATS, SHEEPS, lion, tigers, peacock also. it seems funny suggestion but it has long impacts, benefits to economy, society and crimes against animals, environment

Namaskar sir Jis tarah COVID vaccination lagne k turant baad website per register ho jaate h and certificate bhi khud hi download kar sakte hi, same ase hi death or birth ke turant baad website per upload kr dena chahiye or certificate bhi automatically hi generate ho jana chahiye.

hospital to death and birth registration office and even smashan ghar or graveyard all should be connected and a single document should work. Also make system online and accessible to citizens and should be compulsory for towns and cities.

On the Birth Anniversary of Ist Home Minister Sardar Balb bhai Patel, I want to appeal to the Hon'ble Prime Minister that word India was taken from the British East India Company and named our Constitution after India. The word India need to be replaced with Bharat and Bhartiya in our Constitution and world map to rename our country as Bharat. Word Hindustan which is attached to Hindus may be opposed by Muslims and even be called as Kafarestan by the Jihadi Groups asper Islam teching.

Dear Prime Minister, My simple suggestions is why pension is not given to private sector employee. One national One pension scheme is why given to only government employee, Pension act is applicable for all employee who is working at private sector. So my humble request is please given some suggestions on this.
