Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

Recently India lost cricket match against Pakistan. Really it was disheartening. One thing I noticed about Bowler Shammi that he smiled and was happy on their sixes and boundaries. But I had the feeling that outwardly he is pretending to be an Indian but inside he is supporting Pakistan. Secondly INDIAN Gov.should have the courage to cancel the match as NEWZELAND took the step to boycott it. why can't India knowing he is feeding terrorists, spreading violence ,poison. Stop pleasing others
