To control population, there is urgent requirement of make policy on two children only. Govt to announce that parent can only registered birth of two children only. And the registered children will not only be legal Nominee for their property and other balance children will be illegal. With this the public automatically bound to born two children only. And also only first wife to be legal wife.

Birth cert should be issued or will register along with Adhaar Number generated through the hosp / health data upload into UDAI website. ADHAAR number is unique in india. So, all lifetime documents like academic qualification, Passport, DL etc will generate with adhaar number only. No separate machine bearing serial number is required on documents. After few years, no other cards require. One nation One card. In this way after death health data will close the Adhaar number. Man made corruption

After getting receipt from Mortuary, relatives of deceased person visits the Municipal Corporation Office(MCO) to get Death Certificate(DC). Staff at MCO asks for certificate from the Doctor in all cases of death at home like death due to sudden fall/slipping, death in sleeping mode, acute fever, long disease like TB etc. In ALL such cases, MCO staff unnecessarily harass the family of deceased. They should issue DC only on the basis of receipt Mortuary. STOP this harassment by MCO staff.
