Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

Sir, Why not club all laws under one law with subsection for Sikhs(Anand Law) or any state laws if required. The ultimate goal is to register the male and female engaged in marriage of any kind, register the birth or death through aadhar cards, so that they can claim any benefits, insurance, bank accounts in case of emergency. Divorcee also need to register to cancel their earlier engagements and re marriages registration. One country One law uniformly is the need of hour.

Sir 🙏 পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় রেশন ডিলার দের সাথে তর্ক বাড়ছে সাধারণ মানুষের সাথে, দুয়ারে রেশন তো পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সরকার দিয়ে উঠতে পারল না উপরন্তু সাধারণ মানুষের কার্ড ব্লগ করে দিচ্ছে।

दुबई का कोई cricket टीम नही ...फिर भी पैसा कमा रहा है..भारत का पैसा सट्टाबाजारी के माध्यम से लूटा जा रहा है... जो देश cricket नही खेलते वह देश भारत से आगे है.. रूस,चीन ,अमेरिका,इजरायल इसलिए भारत को महाशक्ति बनना है तो cricket बन्द करे ..क्योकि युवा अपना दिमाग cricket देख के अपना दिन भर जीवन निकाल देते है और technology का विकास नही कर पाते..और रात मे मैच होता है तो सुबह जल्दी उठ नही पाते उसके बाद व्यायाम का समय नही और अपना स्वास्थ्य खराब कर बैठते है..वन्देमातरम्

. More than two childs of any community, caste, religion parents should give fine to the government according to their financial status. This harsh step be written in voter card ,pan card, adhar card and ration card. This step can control population.

Respected Sir, Please stop online betting / gambling games in India. Even though knowing those are addictive, allowed ? And celebrities / sports persons are also encouraging for those through advertisements. Please look in to it.

Sir, present generation clerks/ Babus in govt of India service make huge fishing & profiting mostly from older citizens whenever any acts/amendments pass by states/country's lagislative bodies, judiciary advisories or executive orders promulgation; these all instead of making older citizens life better & smoother, just do the opposite & exploited by our great Babudom for which incumbent govt lost credibility & later elections also. pls do have an eye on very sensible issue of human fragality.tks
