Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

महोदय जी निचले स्तर पर सभी विभागों भ्रष्टाचार नही रुक रहा है __ खासकर तहसील में लेखपाल, पोलिस थाना में पुलिस ये सीधे जनता से जुड़े हैं और कानून का डर बिल्कुल नहीं है। कुछ कानून में संशोधन किया जाए ,बर्खास्त और जेल जाने की व्यवस्था किया जाए उसमे। तमाम ईमानदार लोग बेरोजगार हैं,रुपए देकर अयोग्य लोग अधिकतर पद पर बैठे हैं। आज नही तो दस साल बाद शासन को समझ आयेगा इस बात की। भ्रष्टाचार की जड़ भी बढ़ती आबादी है।

लोगों का govt system activate होना बहोत जरुरी है तो ऐसी छोटी-छोटी बातों से लोगों का involvement सरकारी कामों में बढ़ाना है so with help of technology make a app portal page where people cn mention information eg -few accident/unrecorded cases in heading by - suspected death/birth record where layman mentioned doubtful activity & u know most of cases by small child it doesn't mention in record or वो हीcases mention होते है जहा propertymatterहो propertyब्यैरा govt के पास होता ही है so merge

registration certificates should be issued only upto 2 children per parent. help controlling population and justice to next generations + control on some castes increasing population for grabbing voting rights

Here a big question and clarifications arises pertaining to those people who are born or died in between the year 1947 and upto the year 1969 in various parts within our country India and may be or may not be registered and no manual records available in the respective birth and registrar office and if anyone ask the copy of their new digital birth or death certificate then how deal these types cases. Due to this reasons I humbly request to please update details as shown above digitally .
