As per my knowledge it is very is very difficult to aged person who have actually born in certain states and districts of India before the year 1969 and manually registered and now settled in other states and districts of India and also it'is very difficult to obtain date of birth registration details from the respective municipalities birth and deaths registration office even though RTI request. So I humbly request to please provide online birth registration first and the deaths registration.

Respected Nitin Gadkari Sir, I am residing in Miraj city, district Sangli, Maharashtra. This is to bring to your notice that for last around 40 years, not a single good and clean roads are built in Miraj city. We are paying very high tax to the municipal corporation, but the road conditions are worst than a village. Led to loss of many lives, some are injured and disabled permanently. None of the loca people's workers are bothered. Request for urgent action, hope so

Registration of birth and deaths should make as compulsory and the validity of the birth certificate should be expired within 5 years if it does not link with a valid aadhar number. And the aadhaar number should also contain a field for birth certificate registration number as a part of demographic data. People whose birth outside of India can add the birth registration number in that field. possibily two new fields will be added to the aadhaar ie, Nationality and Birth certificate or reg no.
