Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

Yes it is good step towards the improvement in pre existing work of creating death and birth certificate. This work should be done digitally with the link of family id .

Sir, This job of Registration of Birth and Deaths is given to Local Municipal Org. Who are Master Problem creators.Therefore Hospitals where the delivery has taken place are the best places to get this job done, with due information to the Local Municipal Authorities ie. the commissioners. All Birth Certificates must be given either in English and the Local Languages.The Certificates should be linked to the National Grid along with Adhara Card,Ration Card.

It shall be the duty of the persons specified below to give or cause to be given, either orally or in writing, according to the best of their knowledge and belief, within such time as may be prescribed, information to the Registrar of the several particulars required to be entered in the forms prescribed by the State Government under sub-section (1) of section 16

Election Reform 4. Avoid all by-elections achieve this 1.On death or resignation of any member his constituency be treated as vacant till end of tenure of the house. 2. All pre or post poll alliance parties temprorily merge with main partner& shall remain as such up to end of tenure of the house. Any such merged Political party or Independent quitting the alliance will loose their voting rights. Peoples verdict will be final & any lawful Govt/ shall complete its full tenure of 6 years
