Sir, citizens r to be encouraged to register all new births and deaths in their households by incentivising through Asha workers who r doing all the best works during this COVID pandemic though these workers r very little trained and getting a peanut remuneration. so our acts and amendments should reach to our without bothering and harrassing them through our data entry manipulation from which political & political corruptions take birth and shape up, end with complete mistrust & change of govt.

Sir, most of us mean we the common citizen r not understanding & realising the nitty-gritty of our acts, laws & its amendment but we get affected by it like NCA and farming laws,, so while framing and amending there should be serious public debates in public domains in states with all stakeholders in their native languages then we r to proceed further through our legislation in assemblies & parliament with great enlightened debates unless all acts & amendments would face wrath of pub oppositions.

Infant addhar card should be issued with birth certificate of child, should be valid for one year 2. After death, nominee registration gets important. Every addhar holder should have facility to register his nominee for all wealth like bank accounts, insurance, security ac, property, PF, NPS, etc. It can be using "national nominee portal", it should be only legal simple way of nomination. Flexibility of changing nomination also can be given. This reduces court cases even
