Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

Please make an online portal for applying birth certificates. Those people who don't have their birth certificate but have 10th class DMC, allow such applicants to get their birth certificate as per 10th DMC.

case of birth or death at hospitals, they give certificate of birth or death. But birth or death at home or at other place make registration somewhat difficult. Also, in cases of abandoned child, how to ascertain date and time of birth is difficult. In such cases, what would be written in father or mother's name? Computer system shall have option for 'Abandoned'. But this would make the child guilty lifelong. How this will be made easier is not clear in proposed law.

Request When Register Death certificate automaticaly Aadhar carc number must updated and with this Aadhar card number all other Issues certificate cancle and update in record due to death Ration card Election card this death person not reflact in new list require digital connect all with Aadhar card.

पेट्रोल डीजल के भाव और अधिक बढ़ाने चाहिए ।इसका सुखद परिणाम देखने को मिल रहा है लोग थोड़ी-थोड़ी दूरी के लिए साइकिलों का प्रयोग करने लगे है या सार्वजनिक यातायात का प्रयोग कर रहे है।इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के आयात और निर्माण को तीव्र कर देना चाहिए ।पुराने वाहनों को इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन बनाने के लिए तकनीकी उपायों को ढूंढवाना चाहिए जिससे आसानी से मोडीफाई हो सके। इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों पर सब्सिडी देनी चाहिए और अधिक गुणवत्ता वाले वाहनों को विकसित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहन देने चाहिए ।
