In case of birth or death at hospitals, they give certificate of birth or death. But birth or death at home or at other place make registration somewhat difficult. Also, in cases of abandoned child, how to ascertain date and time of birth is difficult. In such cases, what would be written in father or mother's name? Computer system shall have option for 'Abandoned'. But this would make the child guilty lifelong.
How this will be made easier is not clear in proposed law.

Please make an online portal for applying birth certificates.
Those people who don't have their birth certificate but have 10th class DMC, allow such applicants to get their birth certificate as per 10th DMC.
Thanks

1. Infant addhar card should be issued with birth certificate of child, should be valid for one year 2. After death, nominee registration gets important. Every addhar holder should have facility to register his nominee for all wealth like bank accounts, insurance, security ac, property, PF, NPS, etc. It can be using "national nominee portal", it should be only legal simple way of nomination. Flexibility of changing nomination also can be given. This reduces court cases even.

Death can be regesterd by general practitioner by the RBD1969. But it's should be extended to Ayush doctors one who treated earlier to death. Thts death declaration. & Birth should regesterd only by medical officer or practitioner one who assist for the delivery. If midwifery or health worker regester it will support home delivery not institutional one

India needs to swiftly assign resources and give high priority to improving data on births and deaths
It has come out with estimates of excess deaths based on Civil Registration System (CRS) data for many States which showed that the death toll was several times higher than the official death toll due to COVID-19. Such discrepancies have been reported from other countries including the U.S. and Europe though they may not have been of such magnitude.

In my view, it is good for people as well as for the nation because nowadays population is the major problem for our nation this step will be helpful to decrease this problem and also gave us a valid data of our population. some people are born at home or a village they are not registered of birth. another side some unclaimed people death is not registered as per our records or data. so, I request you to please make an online portal or online site for the registration of birth and death.

In the event of birth in INDIA a temporary Reg No. should be generated which should be the key to acquire BIRTH CERT. and other ID PROOFS in future so that a complete trail is available and similarly in case of DEATH there should be reference to the AADHAAR CARD,EPIC,RATION CARD etc so that they could be simultaneously removed.
