Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

परमआदरणीय प्रधानमन्त्री जी, सादर नमस्ते! भारत में जन्म व मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक है परन्तु विशेषकर लोगों को अपने परिजनों के मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने के लिये काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है साथ ही धन व समय दोनों की बर्बादी के साथ साथ मानसिक तनाव का भी सामना करते हुये देखा गया है! इसलिये जन्म व मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम 1969 में कुछ संशोधन भी किया जाना आवश्यक है! शिशु जन्म होते ही जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के स्थान पर बच्चे का आधार कार्ड बन जाना चाहिये जन्मतिथि की समस्या हल होने के साथ ही बच्चे

The Union Cabinet today approved the introduction of a Bill in the Budget Session of Parliament to amend the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 to include registration of marriages as well, so that the existing administrative mechanisms will be able to carry out such registration of marriages in accordance with the specified procedures and be able to maintain necessary records and statistics for registration of marriages also.  The Cabinet also approved introducing a Bill in Parliament

नमस्कार महोदय जी, मेरा मानना है कि इस प्रक्रिया को जिस भी तरह से संचालित करे परंतु इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखें कि जो भी इन प्रमाण पत्रों को टाइप करता है कम से कम वह जानकारी को सही तरीके से लिख सके क्योंकि इनकी स्पेलिंग की गलती की वजह से सभी जगह वही गलत जानकारी चलाना पड़ती है।

in birth registrations include, 1.mention first or second child specifically. 2.collect details about income of the family. 3.unique birth ID...linking health card and vaccination card.

namaskar sar mera mera name kanahiya hai me Uttar Pradesh Vrindavan mein rahata hun lone 250000 wala Pradhanmantri Aawas nahin mila hai mera naam 2016 may apply hua tha 2017 abhi tak loan mujhe nahin mila hai
