जन्म और मृत्यु से संबंधित एक पोर्टल तैयार किया जा सकता है,जहां लोग साक्ष्य के साथ निबंधन करा सकें।पोर्टल द्वारा एक प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत किया जा सकता है।

Registration birth and death certificate is compulsory is to make the document all people in our country who lives .. we can survey to help from ground level panchayat village to urban area and city , to bring little change in upcoming generations.

All Registrations of Birth and Death should be made mandatory. Same time it should be generate Aadhar details instead of later part. So, this Aadhar id will be unique and can be updated in all systems. Also need to review existing people details.
Later time we should be worried with people who are non Indians residing here.

i want to tell for those elder ones who don't have registered birth certificate , should get their certificates on the basis of their educational certificates because earlier times these certificates were not of importance.
