Birth/Death Certificates should give greater emphasis & recognition to Indian calendars! Most of our religious & cultural events are centered around Indian calendars & NOT English calendar. In addition to dates & calendars, the most important aspect is the language/script used in such certificates. It must be in the native (Mother) language/script of the concerned person. In addition to the native language/script, there can be additional official languages for greater recognition & convenience.

Please tell me why do we need so many Certificate. Please go for only few options of ID on National basis, which can have all the details like DOB, POB, & others. Once a baby comes in this world, it's parent's responsibility to give him a Birth certificate. Please abolish old, junk, system & go for logic. J K Tiwari

cont-- As because while doing this the exact report will be in the hand of the government in the main CMS or main server portal by which no one can misuse it. For example A expired and B went in the registrar office for his death certificate and C the officer asked him/her to submit the Adhar card, voter card, pan card, ration card original and returned it to the office after which he or she will receive the death certificate of A. Now the officer C will send it back to the government portal
