Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

Dear sir, The new proposal is good as it include various provisions which reduces sketchy and broad character of RBA, 1969. But it's not good to add Sec 3A and 4 A,bcoz it's an encroachment to other sphere. The duty of R and B authority is to just register birth and death and it doesn't extend to any other sphere. If these 2 situations are avoided then it will be one of the best amendments. Thank you. From Kevin Jacob

West Bengal Government senior Citizens ki retation Card block kaar rahe hai bina baja se,duare reation dene ke liye haar ek reation dellar ki bahut jada maang hai, Lekin 76 se 90 age ki senior Citizens ki Card agar is tarqe se block karega yea gov tow kaise chalega. itne din se reation de rahi thi Adhar Card se digital reation card ki linc bhi thi,abhi yeha ki gov. ki yea naya natak.

अभी corona मे पटना मे corona death हुई ऊसका death certificate अभी तक नही मिला 7 महीना से धके खावरहे है गुडगाव मे मई मे sector 32 death हुई certoficate के लिऐ धके खा रहे है धकका खाने का department बना दिया है,,,हर जगह लूटमारी,,,,मरे हूए को रोए या धके खाऐ पुरी india ka 1 website होना चाहिए covid injectionकी तरह जो आसानी से लोग register कर ले या certificate निकाल ले फिर दलाल की जरुरत नही पडेगी

Firstly, a database of births and deaths should be prepared. Birth certificates and death certificate should be made and issued with authentication.

Respected sir Birth and death certificate should be linked with mobile number and aadhaar number so that it will be easily downloadable in the future.Also, please prepare unique app for both certificate. Thanking you

महोदय जी , aaj ke samay mein sadkon mein daily vahan traffic ki vajah se air pollution and dhwani pollution ko control karne ke liye metro city mein electric 2 wheeler Vehicle anivarya kar dena chahie.
