Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

The Birth Certificate and registration should mandatory include the name of Mother and Linked to the Aadhaar card of the Mother and Father in case both father and mother are know since I guess there is no database for showing that how many children a person has like Father or Mother. This ways there is going to be a database linking Father to Mother and their children this would further help in determining the number of children of parents. Further details in PDF Attached.

Honble PM SIR: I would like to bring to your kind notice that Disabled employees of Goa Govt waiting for promotions from long period. Especially employees of Transport Department of Goa are denied promotions. Even Supreme Court has directed to the government to implement under sec.34 of RPwD Act. Employees had submitted representation to the Directorate of Transport of Goa which is still pending. This is a grave negligence of Department of Transport towards Divyangjan.

As we know that recently for" RESERVATION" we have made a (NCBC) i.e.( National Commission for backward classes )from STATUTORY body into a CONSTITUTIONAL
BODY by inserting ÀRTICLE 338B through 102nd Amendment Act.....
SO WE CAN EASILY SAY THAT UNLIKE RESERVATION ,WE SHOULD FOCUS ON OTHER VITAL ISSUES WHICH IS FOR THE WELFARE OF SOCIETY BY MAKING THEM FLEXIBLE......
